"I really look forward to the walks, getting outside of my house, breathing in the fresh air and feeling sunshine on my face does wonders for my mental and physical well being. To connect with other moms in a casual setting, just walking and talking about our daily lives and struggles really helps me feel like I'm not alone and others are feeling the same way I do about motherhood. To get outside and out of my head, just to talk and laugh with other people makes me feel happier and puts me in a better mood for the rest of the day. To feel a sense of community among other mothers is exactly what I've been looking for the past three years."
