"Walking and spending time outside has always been one of the quickest ways to clear my head and boost my spirits, and so when I first learned of the Villages walks I was all over it! I have attended a few at different parks over the city, some with small groups and some with large, but after every one I have left with a spring in my step. My absolute favourites are the Monday mornings ones - because honestly...Monday’s - but something shifts in me on those walks, surrounded by a group or amazing mamas who are having their own ‘Monday’s’. And as I leave the parking lot, a little lighter, feeling supported by my tribe, the week ahead and whatever it’s gonna throw at me seems much easier to catch"
